Around 1.34pm on Friday the 11th of May 2012, the casually dressed male, wearing thongs and a hoodie, entered the bank and collected a ticket from the ticket machine before calmly taking a seat in the waiting area.

Complying with the robber’s demands, the teller quickly handed a sum of cash to the male, who walked straight out of the bank with the proceeds, allowing the teller time to activate the silent alarm.
