At approximately 9pm on Friday 28 August 2015, a man entered a store on Gilmore Avenue Leda, brandishing a large knife. He jumped over the service counter demanding the shop attendant open the till.
The till was opened by the shop attendant and the man took an amount of cash, placing the cash into a grey plastic bag before he left the store.
The man was last seen running across Gilmore Avenue.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The man is described as:
- Light skinned
- Approximately 20 – 23 years of age
- Medium build
- Spoke with an Australian accent.
- Wearing a dark coloured jacket and pants, black and white sports shoes with a blue lining on the bottom, a black mask covering his mouth and nose, a black cap and black sunglasses.
