The assistance of the public is requested to identify the two individuals pictured.
It is believed they can assist police with their enquiries in relation to a burglary and robbery incident that occurred in Belmont on 30 May 2016.
In this incident the victim’s home was broken into, a handbag was stolen and one of the offenders pushed the victim in an effort to avoid apprehension.
It is believed the individuals pictured may have knowledge of the person responsible and police are making exhaustive efforts to trace them.
Police have released CCTV images of two people who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The first person is described as:
- Dark skinned
- 20-35 years of age
- Medium build
- Short dark hair
- Wearing a navy blue jacket, blue jeans and white runners
- Carrying a small bag over her left shoulder
The man is described as:
- Dark skinned
- 35-45 years of age
- Thin/Medium build
- Wearing a grey open jumper, with white top underneath, black shorts white runners
