A hen’s night came to an abrupt end for one party goer who was robbed while walking home through the underpass of the West Leederville train station.

Around 1.05am on Sunday the 4th of March 2012, the young woman had passed through the underpass to Court Place in Subiaco, when a male approached her from behind demanding money, and threatening harm if she didn’t comply.   The victim handed over a small sum of cash and was staring at the male who had tried to conceal his appearance with a balaclava half covering his face, when she was warned to look away and walk quickly from the area.

As the victim walked off she called a friend from her mobile phone to inform him about what had occurred when the male confronted her again hitting the phone from her hand, collecting it from the ground and escaping on foot.

Police have released images of two males who may be able to assist with the investigation.
