A recent sighting of a prized black Suzuki Boulevard 1800cc which was stolen over a year and a half ago has left the owner hopeful of its return.
The motorcycle was originally stolen from outside the Lancelin Backpackers Lodge. In Hopkins Street, Lancelin sometime between 11pm on Saturday the 1st of January 2011 and 7am on Sunday the 2nd of January 2011. a black Suzuki Boulevard motorcycle was stolen from outside the Lancelin Backpackers Lodge.
The distinctive motorcycle was recognised by a friend of the owner parked outside Super Cheap Auto’s in Myaree on Saturday the 16th of June 2012.
Two males were spotted with the stolen motorcycle which had a false number plate 1CT905.
The stolen 1800cc cruiser style motorcycle has several distinctive modifications: including:
- A carbon fibre seat insert
- Shorter exhaust
- Billet aluminium foot pegs, hand grips, clutch and brake levers.
Police have released images of two males who they believe can assist with their inquiries.
