A small window of opportunity was all that it took for thieves to steal a real estate agent’s purse when she jumped out of her car to put a home open sign up in Claremont recently.
At around 5.15pm on Friday the 3rd of February, 2012, the female real estate agent was parked on the verge of College Road, Claremont. She quickly jumped out of her car to put up a home open sign and whilst her back was turned for a few seconds, a vehicle has pulled up very close to her car and the male passenger reached through the window and grabbed her purse and Iphone 4. The car sped off quickly south on College Road towards Melville Street, Claremont.
The male is described as:
- Caucasian
- Around 18 -19 years of age
- Skinny to medium build
- Short dark coloured hair
- Scruffy appearance
- Wearing a white coloured t-shirt with a logo on the front.
The vehicle was described as a white sedan.
