At approximately midday Sunday 21 February 2016, two women entered a clothing store on Jull Street Armadale.  One of the women grabbed an armful of jeans and entered the change rooms with the second woman assisting her by blocking the view of staff.  A short time later the woman emerged from the change rooms and returned one pair of jeans to the pile and now had a very full bag in her possession.

A staff member spoke to the woman as she left and asked to search her bag.  The bag was presented to the staff member who could see at least one pair of jeans inside the bag with the tags still on, as well as uncapped syringes.
