Prizes
Student prizes
One lucky (and hard-working!) entrant in each of Year 7, 8 and 9 will be selected by the judges to receive the winner’s cash prize of $600. If the entry has been submitted by a team, the $600 will be shared equally among the team members.
School prizes
The school or organisation of each winning student or group can select one of the following prizes, which are worth up to $2,000 each:
- An Urban Artist-in-Residence Program where an Urban Artist will conduct workshop(s) at the winning school or organisation
- A mural/collage specially created by an Urban Artist for the winning school or organisation, either as a separate activity or with students
- The opportunity for students from the winning school or organisation to work with an Urban Artist to transform a community space into an urban art area.
Awards for all students
Every student who enters the competition will receive an official 2016 Crime Stoppers WA participation certificate.
Awards for all teachers
All participating teachers will receive an official 2016 Crime Stoppers WA commendation certificate.
