Two male robbers worked in unison recently when they held up a lunch bar in Subiaco.

At around 5.00pm on Saturday the 7th April, 2012, the two males entered the store on Hay Street, Subiaco. Immediately, one of the males produced a knife which he used to threaten a female behind the counter with. He pointed the knife at the female whilst demanding cash, prompting her to handover the money from the cash register.  The other male snuck behind the counter and stole the shop assistant’s handbag.   

Both males ran from the store down Hay Street and were last seen running in a northerly direction on Townsend Road, Subiaco.

The first male is described as:

  • Light skinned
  • About 30 years
  • 170cm
  • Skinny build
  • Short blonde curly hair
  • Wearing a plain black cap, pale green t-shirt and knee length green cargo pants with pockets on the sides.

The second male was described as:

  • Light skinned
  • About 30 years
  • 175cm
  • Skinny build
  • Shoulder length hazel brown hair
  • Wearing a navy blue cap, plain black thigh length cargo pants and a short sleeved collared shirt with large grey and white stripes on it.
