At approximately 2.50am on Saturday, 14 January 2017, a burglary occurred at a residential premises on Bedford Street St James.

Two men forced entry to the victim’s vehicle parked on the driveway and stole numerous items, including a set of vehicle keys for the victim’s second vehicle parked in the garage.

The men attempted to steal the second vehicle using the keys by forcing entry to the garage.

One of the men has been charged in relation to this incident, police are asking for assistance from the public with identifying the second man.

The man is described as: dark skinned, 18-25 years of age, thin build, short dark hair with a rat’s tail, wearing a ‘Thug Life’ t-shirt and a Raiders baseball cap.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
