Kensington Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in relation to an incident at a clothing store in Cannington on Tuesday 8 November 2016.
About 3.50pm a woman entered the store at a shopping centre on Albany Highway and selected a number of clothing items which she placed in her bag. She then left the store, making no attempt to pay for the clothing.
The woman was approached outside the store by a staff member and shopping centre security officers and requested to return the stolen clothing items. The woman spat in the face of the staff member and scratched her arm before struggling with security officers. She dropped some items before leaving the store.
The woman is described as being fair skinned, 20-20 years old with a medium build and long dark hair. She was wearing a black top and skirt, white shoes and a grey jumper tied around her waist.
