On Saturday 20 August 2016, the victim was working as a pizza delivery driver in the Spearwood area.

At about 11.30pm, the victim attended an address on Healy Road, Hamilton Hill to deliver an order. The victim got out of his vehicle and walked down the driveway towards a male waiting near the front door.

As he got close to the man, another man came from behind the victim, holding a metallic item in his hand. The first man also pulled a metallic item from his jumper. Both men demanded cash from the victim, whilst pointing their weapons at him.

The victim handed over the pizzas that were ordered as well as an amount of cash.

The first man is described as:

  • Dark skinned
  • Approximately 28 years of age
  • Approximately 170cm tall
  • Solid build
  • Patchy beard with a moustache
  • Wearing a black beanie and black hooded jumper.

The second man is described as:

  • Tan skinned
  • Approximately 30 years of age
  • Short dark hair
  • Clean shaven
  • Wearing a grey hooded jumper with black sleeves and a grey baseball cap.
