Police need your help to identify a moped bandit who robbed a pharmacy in Nedlands recently.

At some stage between 6.45pm and 7.20pm on Monday the 9th April, 2012, the male who was wearing a black motor cycle helmet entered the store on Stirling Highway, Nedlands.  He approached a female working behind the counter and demanded he be given prescription medication, threatening violence if they didn’t comply. The scared attendant requested assistance from the pharmacist, who conforms with the males demands and hands over a quantity of drugs before he left the store.      

The male was last seen riding a moped in a northerly direction on Boronia Street, Nedlands.

The male is described as:

  • Pale skinned
  • 180 -190cm
  • Slim to medium build
  • Aged late 20’s to early 30’s
  • Wearing a black motor cycle helmet, black sunglasses, black pants and a long sleeve shirt with grey sleeves and blue body.
