At about 11:30am on Wednesday 12 October 2016 the victim was in a carpark on Frogwater Lane, Beeliar after buying some food from a local shop.
The victim was near his vehicle when he was approached by two men, an argument took place, then one of the men struck the victim in the face causing him to fall to the ground.
The victim was unconscious on the ground and the man who hit him, picked up the victim and placed him in in the driver’s seat of the victims’ vehicle.
The two men then departed the scene on foot.
Police have released CCTV images of two men who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The first man is described as:
Dark skinned, 22-27 years of age, approximately 175-180cm, medium to solid build, brown collar length hair with blonde tints. Wearing: Black long sleeved tee shirt, dark jeans and sunglasses his head.
The second man is described as:
Dark skinned, early to mid 20’s, approximately 175cm, slim build, short brown hair. Wearing a black hate, black T-shirt with white motif on front, long black pants and white runners.
