At approximately 3am on Saturday 19 November 2016, the victim and his girlfriend were at a nightclub on Murray Street Perth.
A man, walked up to the girlfriend of the victim and kissed her which caused a scene, however it was resolved peacefully. A short time later, the victim was punched to the side of his face by another man. The punch caused the victim to receive a chipped tooth and bleeding inside his mouth.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The man is described as:
- Tan skinned
- 18-25 years of age
- Medium build
- Short dark curly hair
- 160-170cm tall
- Wearing a dark coloured T-shirt and dark pants.
