At approximately 11.20pm on Friday 20 January 2017, a woman was driving her black Volkswagen TIGUAN in a northerly direction on Charles Street, West Perth.  The woman saw a man crossing the road in front of her, so she slowed down and nearly stopped.  The man jumped on the bonnet of her car, then clambered to the driver’s door, opening it and attempted to physically remove the woman from her car.
