At approximately 4.20am on Tuesday 17 January 2017, entry was gained via a garage door to a house in City Beach. Whilst inside the house, numerous items were stolen from within the premises including a mobile phone, IPad and a laptop computer.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
The man is described as: Dark skinned, 25-35 years of age, medium build, short hair with a Mohawk and facial hair. He was wearing a long sleeved shirt, Hurley shorts and bare feet.
