At approximately 6.30pm on Tuesday 10 January 2017, a woman entered an unlocked garage at a residential address on Keyes Street Lathlain.
The woman picked up several items including camping and fishing gear before walking out onto the street. A neighbour alerted the homeowner who approached the woman a short distance away. The homeowner was able to recover their property items and the woman walked away.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
