At approximately 4pm on Friday 7 October 2016, two men and a woman got on a route 887T bus at Mirrabooka Avenue Mirrabooka. The three sat at the back of the bus. One of the men lit a cigarette and began smoking whilst inside the bus. The man then used the lighter to burn the back of the seat in front of him.
The three got off the bus at Elizabeth Quay bus port.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The man is described as:
- Dark skinned
- 17-19 years of age
- Thin build
- Short dark hair
- Wearing a black top, white trousers and white shoes.
