At approximately 5.15pm on Wednesday 21 December 2016, a man climbed over a vehicle in a carpark on Helena Street Midland.
While climbing over the car, he has fallen and landed on the bonnet causing a large dent. The man walked away and was in the company of a woman and a young child.
Police have released an image of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
