At about 7.30pm on Saturday 20 February 2016, a man attended Timezone on Leige Street Innaloo and played on one of the machines. The man became upset and agitated, so he picked up a hammer from a nearby gaming machine and began to hit a machine smashing the glass panel.
The man was confronted by security staff who advised him to leave the store. The man refused to leave and punched a security officer to the face.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The man is described as:
- Approximately 40 years of age
- Solid build
- Short white/grey hair
- Wearing a maroon coloured T-shirt, black knee length shorts and red/white skate shoes.
