At approximately 11.15am on Monday 14 November 2016, a vehicle was left unlocked on a vacant lot in Balga. Entry was gained to the vehicle and a debit card was stolen from the centre console.
The card was used to fraudulently purchase items from a service station in Balcatta a short time later.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
