Detectives would like to speak with a woman who used a number of stolen credit cards to rack up a large debt during a shopping spree across the metropolitan area late last year.
On October 10th 2012, a male and female used stolen credit cards to purchase items at a variety of locations, including several jewellery stores, across the metropolitan area. During their shopping spree the pair managed to rack up a debt in excess of $4000.00.
Luckily for police CCTV captured the couple as they attempted a purchase at a jewellers in Belmont.
The credit cards used were stolen from a burglary earlier the same day.
Police have released an image of a female who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The female is described as:
- Fair skinned
- 30 – 40 years
- Medium build
