Between 3pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday 10 January 2017, a man misplaced his wallet while in the Midland area.
After checking his account balance, it was revealed that a credit card from the wallet had been used to purchase items at several locations in the Midland area.
The man is described as light skinned, thin build, brown short hair, wearing a hi-vis jacket and blue shorts.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
