On Tuesday 21 February 2017 a credit card was stolen from a locked letter box in Stirling. By the next day, the card was being used at several retail outlets in the Karrinyup and Innaloo areas to fraudulently purchase items from supermarkets, pharmacies and sports stores.
The man is described as: Light skinned, 20-25 years of age, 175-180cm tall, Medium build, short dark hair, wearing a Green “Celtics Basketball” jumper, brown cargo shorts, black shoes and a black baseball cap worn backwards.
