At around 5am on Wednesday 26 October 2016, a burglary occurred at a residential premises in West Leederville.  Entry was gained to a garage and a handbag was stolen from inside an unlocked vehicle.

Inside the bag were keys to another vehicle and a purse containing cash and credit cards.  The keys were used to start a Blue Toyota Prado parked outside the address and the vehicle was driven away.

A short time later, the stolen credit card was used at a service station and a supermarket in Leederville.

Police have released a CCTV images of three women who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.

The vehicle was located burnt out in a roadside parking bay, approximately 10km east of Kellerberrin at 7.30am on Monday 31 October 2016.
