At approximately 1pm on Saturday 26 November 2016, a vehicle was broken into whilst it was parked at Mundaring Weir.
A camera bag and a hand bag containing cash, personal papers and a debit card were stolen from within the vehicle.
A short time later, the debit card was used to fraudulently purchase items from a supermarket in Mundaring.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
