Detectives are looking for the male who indecently assaulted a terminal cancer patient while she was undertaking her daily rehabilitation exercises at a Kelmscott oval.

Around 1.30pm on Saturday the 20th of August 2011, the 52 year old was at the Bryan Gell Reserve walking with the aid of walking canes when a male riding a pushbike approached and engaged in conversation making lewd requests before indecently assaulting her. Unable to break free from his grasp due to reliance on her walking aids the victim twisted her torso and shouted for help causing the male to let go and ride off.

About a minute later the male returned, sexually propositioning the victim and indecently assaulting her a second time before riding from the scene when the victim yelled out for help.
