A woman was indecently assaulted by a male while she was walking in Cannington.
At about 1.30pm on Thursday the 22nd of May 2014, a woman was walking along Gerard Street towards Elizabeth Street when a male walked out of a nearby vacant block. He walked up behind her and overtook her before turning around and indecently assaulting her. The woman screamed and the male ran off in the direction he had come from.
Police have released a composite image of a male who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The male is described as:
- Dark skinned
- 20-30 years old
- Short black hair
- Dark eyes
- Slim build
- Slight freckles on cheeks
- Approximately 170cms tall
- Chain tattoo on his upper chest
- Wearing a light blue t-shirt and shorts.
