A young girl was touched inappropriately by a man on a bus.
A man got on a busy Transperth bus route number 512 at Murdoch Train Station at approximately 8am on Tuesday 24 February 2015. Also on the bus, was a 11 year old girl.
During the bus ride, the man sat next to the girl and touched her inappropriately. The victim got off the bus a short time later and the man continued on the bus towards Coolbellup.
Police have released a CCTV image of a male who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The male is described as:
- Tanned skinned
- 20-25 years of age
- Brown short hair
- Skinny build
- Wearing a blue and black t-shirt and jeans
