At about 9:10pm on Friday 15 January 2016 four 15 year old girls were walking east along the footpath on Berrigan Drive near the intersection with Briggs Street in South Lake.

The vehicle had a surfboard sticker on the bottom left side of the rear window. The vehicle windows were down.

The man called out to the 15 year old girls who looked at the vehicle. The man has then indecently exposed himself.

The girls ran away and the man drove off in an easterly direction along Berrigan Drive.

  • Approximately 30-40 years of age
  • Medium build
  • Unshaven
  • Short hair
  • Spoke with an Australian accent
  • Wearing a dark grey T-shirt with a motif on the front.
