At approximately 12.15pm on Sunday 12 June 2016, a woman entered a supermarket on Albany Highway Gosnells.
The woman selected several items of food and cosmetics and placed these items down the front of her clothing and walked out of the store. A security officer approached the woman and asked her to return to the store. The woman verbally abused the security officer and produced a syringe threatening the security officer with it. The security officer retreated away from the woman and police were called.
Police have released a CCTV image of a woman who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The woman is described as:
- Dark skinned
- 25 to 35 years of age
- Approximately 165cm tall
- Thin build
- Wearing a black ‘Fila’ hooded jacket, blue jeans and thongs.
