Early on Saturday 9 April 2016 a 38 year old man left the Casino in Burswood and was offered a lift into town by a group of three other men who were not known to him.

Instead of taking the victim into town, the group drove him to a location near Bayswater where he was assaulted and his phone, wallet, watch and a gold ring were stolen.

Later that day the victim’s bankcard that was located inside his wallet, was used at a fast food store on Scarborough Beach Road Innaloo, by two men who sat down to eat the food with a third man.
