At approximately 11am on Tuesday 7 February 2017, a man and woman entered a supermarket in Baldivis.  They were in possession of green enviro bags and the man pushed a shopping trolley with a small child inside.

The man and woman walked around the store, placing numerous items inside the bags as they went.  The woman placed her bags into the shopping trolley and walked out of the store empty handed, closely followed by the man pushing the trolley.

Store security stopped the man outside the store and recovered over $200 worth of food items from the trolley.  The man provided a false name before leaving the area.

The woman (not pictured) is described as:  Tan skinned, approximately 170cm tall, medium build, shoulder length brown hair tied back, wearing a purple and black T-shirt.

Police have released an image of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
