At approximately 1.40am on Saturday 18 February 2017, a man used a torch to look through windows of vehicles along Brougham Crescent Orelia.
When the man found a vehicle with a locked canopy on the back, he used an unknown implement to break two locks to gain access. The man located a power drill before leaving the scene.
The man is described as: 25-35years of age, thin/medium build, short dark hair, wearing light coloured clothing and carrying a bag. Please note the distinctive tattoo down his left calf muscle.
Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
