At approximately 6am on Saturday 3 December 2016, a man rode a bicycle to a block of units on Campbell Street West Perth.
The man left his bike outside and entered the mailbox area for the units. He has then attempted to open several letterboxes before gaining entry to one where he removed two items of mail.
The man left by getting back onto his bicycle and leaving the area.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
