At approximately 7.30pm on Saturday 4 February 2017, two women entered a liquor store on Chisham Avenue Kwinana.
One of the women selected some alcohol and approached the counter to pay, however the transaction was declined, so the items was left at the counter. The second woman picked up two items of alcohol and both walked out without paying for the items.
Police have released CCTV images of two women who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
