At approximately 3pm on Sunday 15 January 2017, a man entered a retail store on Erindale Road Balcatta.
The man browsed around the store for a while before standing in front of a number of bar lights. The man removed one of the bar lights from the packaging and placed the item down his pants before leaving the store.
The man is described as: Tan skinned, 25-35 years of age, medium/solid build, approximately 180cm tall, shaved brown hair, facial hair, wearing a yellow hi visibility shirt and dark coloured shorts.
