At approximately 1.30pm on Wednesday 21 December 2016, a man entered a supermarket on Great Eastern Highway Midland.
The man walked to where hot meals were available for sale and selected one of them, as well as a plastic fork. He then casually walked out of the store through the front entry without paying for it.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
