At approximately 12.45pm on Monday 28 November 2016, a man pushed a shopping trolley into a store inside a shopping centre on High Road Parkwood.
A staff member saw the man pick up several boxes of food items and place them inside the trolley. A woman carrying a small child approached the staff member and asked several obvious questions about some items in front of them. The staff member thought that the woman was attempting to distract her while the man pushed the trolley out of the store without paying for the items inside the trolley. The second woman also spoke to a staff member before leaving with the other woman.
Police have released CCTV images of a man and two women who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
