The man is described as:

  • Dark skinned
  • 20-25 years of age
  • Approximately 170cm tall
  • Facial hair
  • Thin build
  • Wearing a baseball cap backwards, dark short sleeved top with white, cream coloured shorts and shoes.

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their enquiries.
