At approximately 9:45pm on Tuesday 29 December 2015, a man on a bicycle attended an address on Teague Street, Victoria Park. The man left his bicycle in the car port and looked through a parked vehicle.
The man walked next door and looked through another parked vehicle. A short time later, the man got back onto his bicycle and left the area.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe can assist them with their inquiries.
The man is described as:
- 20-30 years of age
- Medium build
- Short dark coloured hair
- Wearing a T-shirt.
