Between Tuesday 6 October and Wednesday 7 October, four male juveniles attended the club house of the Square Dancing Association on Swan Avenue, Midvale.
The boys forced entry by smashing a roller door and once inside smashed plates, chairs and various other items in the premises. The boys turned on taps and plugged up sinks subsequently flooding the premises.
The males have then stacked chairs and started a fire burning the chairs and causing extensive damage to the building structure.
One boy has been identified and charged, three other boys are still unidentified.
Quotes for the damage to the building are estimated at $78,000, with a further amount of $10,000 damage to the contents of the building.
Police have released an image showing some of the damage caused by the boys.
